MENTORSHIPS

One-on-One Mentorship

2020 gave me the opportunity to start something I'd been considering for a while—sharing the tools I use to navigate through a creative life. They’re the tools I’ve found or developed to stay hopeful and dreaming throughout the years, to make actionable goals that align with where (and who) I wanna be, and then to sustain energy over time rather than letting things go/giving up/burning out... all while being a good husband and father.

I started by offering these tools in workshop form, which I still offer from time to time, but the week where I was able to connect one-on-one with people felt like one of the most meaningful (and useful for the people in the workshops). So I began offering one-on-one mentorships—and 5 years later, here we are.

We can choose a theme/course/topic you want to focus on, or we can let the conversations move organically—songwriting, general creative work/artist stuff, dreaming & goal-making, production, mixing, art & family, sustainability, etc... I love to help people clarify vision with where they want to be, and then create some practical steps together that will help you move in the direction of where you want to be. If this sounds scary/makes you a little nervous, that's been a good sign in my experience. And just remember that nice gardens are cultivated, and it’s unlikely you’ll stumble on a fruitful garden in the wild.

I’ve been an artist full-time since 2015 and for some years before that, but I’ve walked through some of these tools with musicians, mothers, fathers, potters, people getting their masters, heading into college, working on their first EP, their relationships with family, people in health, in business, etc. One of the unifying factors through everyone is the desire to grow towards where they want to be, and not entirely being able to identify how. I’m not a guru, but I try to ask you good questions that get towards the root of your values and giftings with the aim of helping you be more aligned and better positioned to thrive in your life.

We can schedule a short initial call to say hello/talk through any questions, focus areas, etc. And then we'll schedule our weekly calls.

3 weekly sessions = $600 (total)
6 weekly sessions = $1000 (total)
