When covid hit and tour was cancelled I thought it could be a good time to do something I'd been considering for a while—sharing tools I use for myself to stay hopeful/keep dreaming throughout the years, make tangible/actionable goals that align with where I wanna be/who I wanna be, and then how to sustain energy over time rather than letting things go/giving up/burning out... Each of those topics comprises a week + an exercise, and the last week is a one-on-one with each person in the session where we'd work on clarifying goals and getting the most out of the exercises/squeezing the juice as they say...
